Review content:
I lived in this complex for a total of 9 months and at first it was a nice place to be. The stipulations to live there were controlled by the amount of money made and you couldn't have a criminal background. If you had good credit, you could move in paying a deposit of $87.50 to a company called Sure Deposit. As the months progressed I often found myself listening to the reverberation of dishes shaking in the cabinets from my downstairs neighbor and the sounds of a 150+ dog and it's owner trampling on the floor above me. I often wondered what events were happening in the parking lot and it seemed they were letting everyone and anyone live in their complex. Upon moving out they were vague and asked for my keys and I moved out cleaning the apartment spic-n-span. I recieved a letter stating I owed a $145 refurbishment fee for the people that were to move in next and that my deposit of $87.50 would not be put towards that fee unless I didn't pay and went into default. So...your reward for good credit is leaving with bad credit. Do yourself a favor....don't live here.
Pros: Tanning, Jacuzzi, Close to 500/205/5
Cons: You Sacrafice Your Freedom, Your Way Of Life
