Wow, what a horrendous dry cleaning experience. Perhaps I caught them on an off day, but the person at the drive thru was neither professional nor friendly. Called first thing in the morning to see what time I needed to have clothes there for same day cleaning and was told 10 a.m. I pulled up at 9:55 a.m., only to be severely chided by the woman at the drive thru for not having the clothes there substantially before 10 a.m. Apparently, ""everyone else understands that we need to have the clothes here by 9:45 so that we can tag them for the driver."" Let's just say that her tone was a little too condescending for my taste.
