Review content:
We were out of town when out family pet of 19 years passed away- The kids took her at 6:00 on a Friday night and when we got home Monday morning we called them- Jim was not at all concerned about our feelings of our family pet- He was very sarcastic and not polite. We told him that we would like to take her body back to her vet of 19 years and let them handle the cremation. He then proceeds to tell us that we would owe him $72.00 - $40.00 for after hours when they advertise 24 hours and the kids brought her to him- and then $10.00 per day storage and we would have to bring cash only- I questioned him about the charge since the kids did not sign anything nor was there a sign up stating these charges. When I questioned him about it he told me to leave and I had to call the police- I still had to pay the $72.00 but it took the police getting involved before he would give us her remains- I would avoid this place-
