You can find what you need here, but if you have to deal with the owner, turn around and walk out and go up the street to 9 p.m. hardware. The employees are very nice but the owner treats everyone like an idiot. If you don't already know what you need, he will belittle you and make you feel like you're wasting his time. So don't waste his time. Shop somewhere else.
I needed self-drilling screws to attach a gas vent so PG&E could finish hooking up my furnace. I told him I didn't know screw sizes and he said ""Well I can't do the repair for you.""
Another time my wife needed a dryer vent adapter. The guy at Sunset said ""What size?"" My wife said ""They only come oin one size according to our installer."" Then the owner said ""Well I don't know what size you need.""
Pros: Wide selection, Clean store
Cons: Owner is hostile
