I bought my wife's engagment ring at Barsky after searching Jeweler's Row for weeks. I had been looking in the window when Mr. Barsky happened to arrive to the store and stopped to say hello. After asking me a few questions, he invited me in to have a look at a few things. I figured he was going to try to make a sale, and wasn't too anxious to follow him, but I was surprised at how much time he gave me, and how committed he was to finding the exact ring I wanted. He was so helpful and professional, and he worked with me on price so much that I was thrilled with the ring. Money was never an issue. I told him my price range (which wasn't very high) and he worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for my money. And my wife loved it. She still loves it.
Pros: Customer service, prices, respectful environment
Cons: Parking in the area hard to find
