White Lake and the surrounding area has been desperately needing another grocery store to create competition with Kroger. Other grocers in this area are overpriced because they don't feel any competition, so the opening of Meijer was a fantastic entry in the grocery market here.
Meijer's prices and selections are fantastic, and far superior even to other Meijers in the area. Their crafting department is excellent, as well as their groceries, of course. In fact, this Meijer has far more yarn and other crafting supplies than any other Meijer I've visited-- a welcome addition.
