My daughter made arrangments with them to send someone to help tie up the back of her dress. ON her wedding day, girl showes up way to EARLY then not even in room five min. her phone rings, She goes out in to hall and within a few min. comes back in with the excuse that they are making her go back to the store she can't help my daughter with her dress
