I had to just put my two cents in here. Just because the reviewer below has ""A1TV"" as their name doesn't mean they ARE associated with them. They probably couldn't think of a user name and just put in what they were signing up to review. I put in ""citysearchmod"" just to see if it would allow it and it did! I have had a couple of TV's fixed by Wolf's in Vancouver and the experience was horrible. I recently had my Sony HD Big Screen fixed by A-1 TV in my home and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and the price. The Tech WAS very polite and helpful and he even helped me get my surround sound system working for no extra charge! A+++++
