So I am new to Pickerington and I needed to get an oil change. Tuffy is close to us and I went there about two weeks ago with my husband's car on a Saturday and she said they were booked without even checking a schedule or anything. I asked if they took appointments and she says no. I said ok when can I come and she couldn't even give me an answer other than she could call me the next week. So I left and went to Valvaline instand oil change where I was in and out w/in 10 minutes. Two weeks pass and I now needed my cars oil change. I had a great coupon for Tuffy so I figured I'd give them another chance. I went on Friday morning at 9 a..m and the same cheerful (not!) ladie was there and I asked if I could get my oil changed and she said they were completely full for the day!!! WHAT! How does this happen!?! We can't make appointments and yet we can never get it??? IS there a golden ticket you must have before going here or what? And it's like she could care less!!! SO i went back to Valvaline instant oil and again got prompt friendly service. Save time and don't go to tuffy. They'll be ""booked full"" every time.
