Review content:
We have been to RA many times before to catch their happy hour but after this experience we will not go back. Our server was inattentive and lacked common knowledge about the menu. The few questions we asked about the menu were met with a confused look. I ordered a saki sangria which came to the table as a pathetic watered down drink--looked like pink water. I mentioned this to the server and she said ""Oh really, the same bartender that is making everyone's drinks made yours?"" and quickly walked away... While we are not diners that desire huge plates, they have totally skimped on the happy hour portions and what used to seem like a healthy meal seemed cheapened with fillers/sauces. They are no great deal anymore, nor are the drinks. The worst part of this was that I was sick the entire next day from this food. :(
