Will never go back! I visited this establishment years ago at the time the hairdresser that cut my hair was moving to another salon. I followed the hair dresser. The hair dresser then moved on again after a downfall with her new salon and did not leave forwarding information. I decided to go back to this salon after noticing they moved to a much more accessible location. Michelle cut my hair and complained about her scissors being dull, yes dull! Marc the owner had to ?slide? one side of my hair and Michelle did the other so they did not match. She could not get my bangs right to save her life. I decided to let it go and messed with my bangs once I got home. I got tired of telling her to fix them. I noticed about 3 weeks later one side of my hair was at least an inch longer than the other. I tried to convince myself that I was crazy, that my hair just curled up more on one side. I also happened to be on vacation at the time. After noticing this everyday and comparing the sides while wet I determined that I was not crazy and others also confirmed. I called the salon to set up an appointment for a new cut since it had been 4 weeks. Yes, I was going to give them another shot. Generally I would not get a haircut this soon as my hair is long so I can let it go a little longer but I also acknowledged that it had been 4 weeks and I should have caught this sooner. Marc the owner answered the phone and I asked to set an appointment and he asked what I needed done. I explained the situation to him, including that it had been 4 weeks, and he asked if I would like to come in and have Michelle fix it. I told him that honestly I would not, it didn?t go so well the first time. He told me to come in and he would fix it himself. He asked what time I would be in on the day that I asked for an appointment for. I told him around 1:00 pm. When I arrived at the salon I walked up to the counter where the ?other? Marc was posted. He stated the owner had the day off. Can you believe it? I explained how he was to fix my hair and the date and time were prearranged. He asked Michelle if Marc the owner mentioned fixing someone?s hair and she stated yes that he was supposed to call me back. Well he never asked for my number during that phone conversation. The ?other? Marc then proceeded to ask what the problem was and I pointed out how uneven my hair was because it is that noticeable. The ?other? Marc then proceeded to ask me if I just wanted it evened out. Really, he asked. Who doesn?t want their hair even? He then proceeded to ask me how long it had been. I told him 4 weeks, just as I had told the owner. He then proceeded to tell me it had been too long that they will only fix within a couple of days and I need to get a new haircut. I couldn?t believe it. After I had tried to set up an appointment and the owner offering to fix it on his own. Now I don?t have an appointment and I am definitely not waiting when I already had prearranged plans with the owner and being made to feel like I am trying to get something for free. If I am going to give anyone my money for a new haircut it will not be them after that. I will tell you as I told Marc when I walked out ?Nice Professionalism?. Pros: nothing Cons: customer service and satisfaction
