I must say I am very surprised and skeptical about the negative comments I see below. It is obvious that the situation is one that is very uncommon for L and Jay, and with the experience I have had with them, possibly one that has been based on some type of miscommunication. I work as a coordinator and L and Jay is my only recommended florist. I have used them for personal events and have had over 15 brides in the last 2 years work with them. Not only have I never heard a negative thing about them, I have never heard anything mediocre. Every bride I have talked to that has used them was thrilled and more than pleased with how their flowers turned out. I also know that if a bride does not get exactly what it was that she wanted, they will go out of their way to make sure that anything that needs to be is fixed and the bride is pleased. I would highly recommend this florist as a customer, and as a professional in the industry.
