Review content:
I had a terrible experience with them when I was getting several pairs of jeans and dress pants hemmed. I asked for French hems, which means that both the original bottoms of the jeans, AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL STITCHING, are re-attached to the shortened jeans. Well, not only did my altered jeans not have the original stitching, but the replacement stitching looked like a pre-schooler had sewn them - not a single straight line was stitched, the lines were up and down, loose threads, open seams. They were so bad that I had to wait to have them all redone. Also, the dress pants were supposed to be hemmed (one pair was much too short and had to be redone), but also were supposed to have the pockets taken out and stitched closed, which they forgot to do, so I had to wait for that as well. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! P.S. MARCELLO DOES NOT EVEN WORK THERE ANYMORE!!! Cons: THEY CANNOT DO TRUE FRENCH HEMS ON JEANS!
