Review content:
I brought in my wrecked vehicle here after reading the positive reviews and because of the shop's proximity. This turned out to be a mistake. As I walked into the shop, the first employee turned and looked at me, and quickly turned around without asking if I needed anything or even acknowledging that a customer had just walked in. A rude man at the front desk looked at me with disdain and asked ""Can I help you?"" - as if I was wasting his time. A representative did a quick estimate of how much the vehicle repairs would cost, and while it was a staggering amount, this car meant a lot to me. I bought this vehicle when I was stationed at Fort Bragg and drove it for almost two years before the wreck. I asked the representative several times if there was any possibility of more significant damage once they started taking the vehicle apart, but he assured me that it was fixable within the estimate range that he wrote up. Two hours after dropping it off, I receive a phone call from the representative stating that the car ended up having much more significant damage than initially estimated. I then went back to the shop only to hear him tell me that now the cost of repairs would be twice the amount that he estimated. I decided to cut my losses at that point. What I was left with was a bill of almost 400 dollars for them to simply take a few pieces off the car and call me two hours later to tell me that it would cost twice as much as they had estimated to repair the vehicle. After this experience, I sincerely believe that this establishment does not run an honest business. The customer service was horrendous. The way in which they handled my vehicle estimate and attempted repair was dishonest and unethical. I highly recommend that anyone considering this establishment for their vehicle repairs go elsewhere.
