This company is a disgrace. They claim that they will not take advantage of you like other logging companies, but that's exactly what I experienced. First off, we called them out for a free quote. The boss and owner said he could not give an estimate, but his partner is a better judge and he would give me an estimate. He quoted us $3-4.5k, min of 3. We wouldn't have wanted to do this for under 1500. The job took over a month for a simple job. They told us they would start the next day, but mover there equipment on & off he property for a week, but not doing any work. Two weeks later they finally came back to do the job, which took 2 days, but the logs sat there another couple weeks waiting for them to remove them. Every day I would call the boss, and he would just tell me tomorrow, or that he would speak to the head of the sawmill because they were the ones actually doing the work. He would never call back or give me a straight answer. After a month and a half, we got a check for $1300, which was 1700 less than the estimate. We called the owner who told us ""It is what it is"", & proceeded to hang up on us. There was no paperwork from the Sawmill, for all we know, the could have paid 10k for our 76 tall trees, but we were not given any info. He even claimed that he didn't make enough from the sale to cover removal, even though he himself admitted the sawmill did the removing as well. I would expect an estimate to be off by up to 500, maybe even 1000. But off by over 60%? AVOID! Pros: Awful in all aspects Cons: Customer Service, Value, Quality
