I spent over twenty years in the Air Force. Much of that time in customer service. I learned that to keep your customer happy, you often do more than expected for them. I taught every one of my Airmen that same value. Further, I expected...sometimes DEMANDED better customer service from those for whom I was a customer. With luck I left a positive, powerful, lasting legacy for the next generation of Air Force leaders. Amir Nurani, had he spent time in the Air Force, could have emerged as one of those Airmen I trained. Unbelievably skilled in his job, Amir inspired confidence through the entire loan process. When he told me a VA loan could be closed in less than thirty days, neither I, nor my buyer's agent believed it. I had purchased with a VA loan in the past, and knew that Amir was just ""trying to make me feel good."" Well, there is egg on my face. From start to finish, it took 28 days. I don't know the way this young man's connections and networks reach out to so many, but for a fact even the appraisal was accomplished quickly. One-stop shopping is what it's all about, and Amir made the people attached to his puppet strings dance and run to get everything done. Well done Amir, and well done to iFreedom Direct. If there were an Amir at every company, and every position in the government, there would be LOTS of people able to get things done. If you need a home loan, contact these guys. From the reviews below, you can see it's not just Amir, but it is every one of their employees. It's either something in the water at iFreedom Direct, or they only hire professionals.
