i went as a walk in, though i have been here before, i liked the way they cut my hair, ashley was very patient, the second time i went, this lady with multicolored hair did my hair, it was great, the third time was today monday, i went as a walk in, brought my ipad to show this lady how i like my hair done, she had the pic i showed her i wanted to tweak it a bit but she was very impatient and started raising her voice "" You are confusing me"", i tried to explain but she was abrupt and almost in a hurry, the overall outcome, it was ok ,not what i wanted but it was ok, can live with it, then ashley showed up and sat at the counter, then suddenly she became calm, yes maam me to death. Not sure if Ashley is their boss, but she treated me differently the moment she showed up. Overall, they are great stylists that is why i brought my family, recommended them to my friends, but the attitude, i can live without. her ATTITUDE, to me that counts. I miss my hairstylist in the east coast, i used to see her every two weeks and spends hundreds of dollars for highlights,haircuts contently. I will have to keep looking.....i gave her a five dollar tip for an ok haircut, my loyalty could have been worth more but sorry........I was also there for an eyebrow tinting and threading but decided to cut my visit short.I could not id her or did not get her name since she did not introduce herself ,her pic is not in their website.
