Businiess name:  Guthrie Theater

Review content:
Am a long time season ticket subscriber and love the Guthrie performers and stages. Now the rants: Performances run in the 3+ hour range - too long - and could easily be shortened by 1/2 hour. And about that new facility....obviously much thought went into designing the exterior. However the interior has the feel of an airport concourse. The doors to enjoy the river view allow passage by only one person at a time (feels like a fire trap)...and why is the main parking ramp not directly accessible? Not only do you send the patrons into the cold but you force traffic tie-ups for people leaving the ramp...And why is their a main restroom in the middle of the dining area, where some were eating and other milling about...And many elderly were having difficulty navigating the steep balcony stairs. Pros: Shows, stages Cons: User un-friendly facility, parking
