Review content:
The studio is definitely a no frills place put does provide a dressing room, bathroom and a shower if you want. However, the no frills to me is a benifit. This is a serious place to get in shape not a pick-up joint that mega gyms can be. The instructors are some of the best. They are highly trained, motivating and gentle. They are very hands on.
Pros: highly trained staff, no frills (not a pick-up joint), serious
Cons: very expensive, equipment is starting to show its age
