i booked the limo service two weeks in advance. I was disappointed about the ride itself. it was rough. I didn't have a sun roof or tv. the tv inside the limo did not show a picture. Half a screen showed and it was fizzy. Not something I'd expect from a Limo ride that requires 75 or more hourly to rent. The drivers are nice but my driver lied to the office about my ride which caused the owner to contact me the next day. I was accused of lying and not doing as the driver requested which was not to smoke. Supposably this driver told the owner i was told to not smoke but ignored his wishes and smoked anyway. I had my dog in the car for a few minutes and the owner had a fit. the driver must have forgotten that part. But basically he lied, when in fact what he said when he saw me with a cigarette was and I quote ""what i don't see, I won't know"" and shut the door behind him which seperated the back from the front of the car. Matter of fact the office didnt go over any rules with me when i booked the limo service and come to think of it, the driver never introduced himself.
Pros: driver on time, lets customer do as they please,
Cons: lies to office if customers good time meant smoking, allowing pets in car. not trustworthy
