Review content:
This is the most dishonest company I have ever faced. I started talking with an internet lady name Judith and asked her about prices. Everything was going well until I sent my son to look at a 2008 Tahoe. I was negotiating the interest rate with Judith. When he got there, they convinced him into signing a contract called ""Smart buy"" even when I had called before saying that my son was not the purchaser. (he was barely 18 and with no knowledge of those kind of contracts) The saleman promised me to wait for my decision. However as soon as I hung up with him, they convinced him to purchase the truck, and with that an extended warranty without asking him, the interest rate 9.80% and they backdated the documents for one week. When I sent a complaint to the Business Bureau, they said I was not the customer and I that I had no saying over the issue. They tried to keep me out of the contract on purpose, they knew they could eat my son alive without me. When I talked to Metetich, the owner, he said he didn't care because he had his money in the office already from GMCA. I would have excused the company if the tricked had come from the saleman, but in reality it came from the owner. Pros: No pros Cons: Dishonesty
