I currently live in Shaker Club Condo's, a property owned by Carlyle Mgmt. The office manger there is extremely bias when it comes down to the residents that own/rent property! Gossips with residents about other residents and has not professionalism what so ever. I have tried to speak with her on several occasions and the attitude is just awful! She needs to be replace immediately. No wonder there are 10+ vacancies in the building.Some of the black americans renter/owners in the building complain often about how things will never change in that building which results in none of them showing up for the monthly meetings. The appointed officers in teh building do not seem to want change!
