Saddest, dirtiest, location you can find in the Castro, the out of date equipment is not an issues if you really go for a good work out, however the Health Department should seriously make an appropriate visit to this location, all those easy to spread diseases could easily be find here, besides rusted equipment, there is dust and dry spit every corner, two-faced ?made? trainers, with quite some issues, the only positive thing about this place, is that even using obsolete TV screens, the training videos are good.
