Bensingers destroyed my wife's expensive silk jacket with brown stains, but then denied that they were at all responsible. Worse, they accused my wife of wearing the jacket and creating the stains, when I personally observed her taking it from the Bensinger packaging. Bensinger's owner was rude, surly and arrogant; accusing us of fraud. We certainly don't need the money, but we also don't need Bensinger's irresponsible and insulting treatment. I recommend that you go to Sparkle Cleaners, where for $2.25 per item -- 1/5 or less the price of Bensinger's -- you get great service and a responsible, respectful approach.
