Review content:
I had used McCormick for 8 years & always thought they were great. The staff is very friendly & the vets seems okay. However, last year my dog started sneezing way more than normal & started reverse sneezing. I took him multiple times & every time they said it was allergies, but they never tested him for any allergies, just gave him random pills. Even when he started weezing through his nose, they still said it was allergies. It wasn't until a bump developed on his nose they recommended I get an MRI. After I go the MRI, they didn't even call me back with the results...I had to call them. Over the phone they casually told me he had cancer & it had eaten through half the bone in his face, that there was nothing I could do. They didn't bother to prescribe any pain medication or medicines to help the infection the cancer was causing. Thank God I went to another vet & they helped manage his life for the last three months. Not once did McCormick test for anything, not once did they offer end of life care. Thanks to their ineptitude, the cancer was caught too late & I lost my dog two days ago. Stay away from this vet. Unless it's yearly vaccinations they are worthless. I recommend you go to someone who cares. Cons: they killed my dog
