I was recently staying at a hotel in Charlotte, NC on vacation with my family. One morning I had gone to the pool for a swim. When returning to my room I mistakenly got off on the wrong floor and did not realize it until I rounded the corner of the elevator landing to see that there was construction going on. At the same time, from behind me a half dozen dangerous looking hispanic men had began to approach me and followed me back into the elevator landing where I was waiting for the elevator to return. I immediately became frozen with fear as the men started to make lude comments about me I guess these men thought a pasty white boy could not speak spanish, I won't even begin to describe to you what they were saying. By the time the elevator door closes I was shaking. It put a serious damper on the whole vacation for me.
