I have not had much luck with this company. i ordered pic's of my sons Texas A&M graduation, which by the way weren't very good but what do you do when that's all there is! When my order was received I was missing part of my order. You can''t leave a message on their machine so when I was finally able to get a break at work long enough to speak with someone (they close at 5) I was told their computer was down and they would call me back. I waited a week and when I heard nothing from them I managed to call them back again myself. This girl that answered this time had no idea about the previous call so obviously t would have never received a callback. She looked it up and I got the feeling she didn't believe me when I said I was missing 3 5x7's...she told me they would reprint and send them to me free of charge! Seriously, FREE OF CHARGE? I have already paid for them!!...well that has been over a week ago now and I have yet to receive my pictures. I hope I get them as these were the ones i really wanted. I hope Texas A&M has someone more reliable next year when my next son graduates!
