I have been to quite a few dry cleaners and this is by far the worst cleaning and service I have ever received. The employee doesnt' seem to know what she is doing and the owner was just awful. One of my garments got damaged and I spoke to the owner on the phone concerning the matter. He did not want to hear what I had to say and he was just RUDE. In the middle of my phone call with him, the owner decided to just hang up on me. How disrespectfull can one be. I never went back to that cleaners again. Why should I tolerate such rudeness from anyone like that. SHAME on you !!!! .You know what you did was wrong!!! If you don't care about your customers, then why are you even open?
