Where do I begin. I walked into Carl's store in October of 2004, took advantage of his ""design deal"" which offered unlimited use of his designers and asked them to work with me on my master bedroom and guest room. In March 2006 my master bedroom bedding finally arrived - RIDICULOUS that it should take 1 1/2 years. As of today 9/07 I am still waiting for the chair and ottoman I ordered and PAID IN FULL for over 6 months ago. They have never initiated a phone call to me regarding the status of the furniture, I have ALWAYS had to call them and have often been treated rudely for even wanting to know the status of the order. During this six month period Carl has had to close 2 of his 3 stores, so I assume he is having some business difficulties, even more the reason to shop and do business elsewhere. I have been forced to request a full refund which he has not given to me, I hate to resort to calling an attorney but I have few choices left. Working with Circa Design has been a nightmare. Avoid it if at all possible!
