Review content:
The service is terrible since new management took over. Employees are rude and could use some heavy customer service training. Advertises $1.99 cleaning for each piece paid in advance and same day service if in by 9:45 a.m. I took 2 blazers in at 8:30 a.m. and advised I would pick up tomorrow (NEXT DAY) at 8:30. Employee asked if that was ""animal"" hair on one of the blazers and I advised yes. I was told the total cost would be $12.95!!!! When I asked what happened to the $1.99 price he advised that was not the price for same day service and he was charging extra for animal hair removal!!! Isn't that what the freaking dry cleaning service is for....to actually CLEAN a garment? If the garment wasn't dirty I wouldn't have brought it in the first place. Needless to say I told them to forget it and took my business elsewhere.
