Businiess name:  Sanbyrn Hall Condominiums

Review content:
I have lived in Sanbyrn Hall for the past 4 years. Contrary to the other reviews, I find Sanbyrn a very pleasant place to live. Yeah some of the condos and certain parts of community, ex. the workout room, may be outdated, but the majority of the exterior, ex. plants and flowers, are well maintained. The location is excellent considering is it convieniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, the mall, etc. I consider the community to be very safe. About the busy bodied neighbors, that may be correct in certain buildings, but my honest opinion is if you do not wish for anyone to know your business, simply smile, wave, and go inside about your day. Thats the only way to stop the gossip. There are several older tenants in the community, but thats better than living in a college community w/ young teenagers throwing wild keg parties on their porches causing a ruckus w/ cops constantly on the premises. Like I said before, I consider Sanybyrn a very safe place to live. There is a monthly fee, but that includes the maintenance such as the upkeep of the beautiful olympic size swimming pool, pest control, plumbing issues, the lawn, and water. The ""lights out"" rule is new to me, considering I have never had a problem with noise, and when I have entertained guests at my several social events in condo I have never had any complaints. I would recommend Sanybryn for all ages.
