I went in looking to fix my previous bad haircut and to get some sort of style. I got just that and more. I was greeted at the door by David who immediately offered water, tea or even white wine. From there I discussed in great detail what I wanted for a cut with my stylist, Felix. He took his time with me and he gave me some great pointers on how to style my hair. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and the amount of time that Felix devoted to my cut (over 1.5 hours!). And...when I left David told me that if I was in any way unhappy with the cut within 10 days I could just call back and schedule a time for my stylist to fix the cut, free of charge. Also, if I was having trouble styling my hair on my own, again, I could call and schedule a time for my stylist to show me step by step again how to style it. Unbelievable individual attention made me feel fantastic during my haircut! I am thrilled with my cut and confident as ever. Thanks!
