This place is near and dear to my heart because years ago when I needed help they were there & provided a diagnosis when other Dr's were baffled. It's a care center that houses many counselors & a few Psychiatrists. Generally the practice is that you get in to see a counselor & explain the problems you're experiencing. She in turn gets you an appointment with the Dr. (Psychiatrist). When he sees you, he can prescribe medicine for your needs. You continue to see the counselor & psychiatrist as needed. This place also provides great indigent care. If you have a limited income, they work on a sliding fee scale, meaning that what costs one person $100, might cost you only $5. They also cannot refuse you treatment based on your ability to pay. They have several programs in place to provide your medicine to you at low or no cost, dependent on income. They take care of all the paperwork & call you when your medicine is delivered to the office & ready for pick-up. As far as quality of care, I can recommend all of the counselors & Dr's here. They are great.
