I ordered a piece of furniture through them that I saw in a catalog. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to come in, but at 10 weeks had not heard from them (I had already paid for it). I called and was told it would be in soon. Then 2 weeks later I called and they said it was there and they would schedule a delivery. Finally they scheduled it, but they were late and did not write down my directions and got lost. When it was delivered, it was different than the picture I had ordered from. I was told they would take it back with a 20% restocking fee n- even though it was clearly not the same as the picture. I ended up having to keep it and alter it to look like it should have. I am also missing a part that has not come yet. I was hoping this would be a good shop, and I think it is, but my experience was not good.
Pros: Free delivery of furniture, good price
Cons: Poor communication, did not back prodcut
