The positive reviews here generally make most of the right points. I just want to add a couple:
One aspect I like is that there is a helpful night manager whom you can call if you have an issue in the evening (like locking yourself out!). At my previous apartment I once misplaced my keys on a Friday evening and couldn't get a hold of my landlord until Monday morning.
Also regarding style: although the Robins don't seem to fear drop ceilings and linoleum, they also have apartments that are quite elegant. I for instance have a sun-lit, studio with separate kitchen, which has new hardwood floors, high ceilings, and some unique charm. They seem to renovate opportunistically. I also have a friend who rents a similarly elegant 1-bedroom.
Pros: Great service, maintenance, rent, location
Cons: Occasionally they lack style
