I moved away over a year ago, and when I asked the front desk what I needed to do to cancel she told me to write a letter saying that I had moved and that would be considered my 30 day notice. I said ok. I wrote the letter and forgot about it. I noticed today that they are STILL taking my money! I called and the troll at the billing department told me they ""never got a letter"" so I would have to send another, oh and by the way you can't send it to the gym, it has to be to a random PO Box. They are keeping the $888.00 they stole from me this year.
I'd say that doing business with them is a horrible mistake, which is why I'm here. Please find another gym!
Pros: some of the trainers are good
Cons: they will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
