i recieved a gift certificate from a coworker.. i told them i have a gift certificate...they told me that they would not honor the gift after a certain time...but my nail polish wasn't evenly applied. The entire time I was getting a manicure, the tech kept talking about how much I needed to have my eyebrows waxed - even though they had been professionally done the day before...wasnt able to used my gift certificate and NOT happy with my expirence at Matrix Nails..they are so rude..not say a word to me within my 1 hour service...they bring out a bowl to do my pedicure..hated the services...they lost my buisness...do not go there!!!!you will regret
