My cable completely goes out 1-2 times a month. It goes out every time it rains hard. It goes out when the wind blows hard. Sometimes it goes out for no reason. When the power goes out, cable and internet both go out (I have a back-up system for my tv, computer, router, and cable modem) Compared to typical cable internet, CMA is very slow. I'm sad to say that CMA provides the fastest internet available in Kingsville aside from expensive satellite internet. If my apartment allowed satellite dishes, I would gladly change to directv. My internet goes out for days at a time. Since CMA's internet technicians don't work on weekends, if the internet goes out on a friday, you typically have to wait until monday or tuesday before you get your internet back.
This company would go out of business if it was in a more populated city.
Pros: Nothing I can see
Cons: Frequent outages, slow cable internet, slow repairs
