The stylists all have major attitude - as if they are doing you a favor by gracing you with their ""knowledge"". If you want an overpriced crappy haircut then this is the place for you - oh, and don't forget to buy one of their overpriced products (that you can now buy at HEB or Target)!
Pros: pedicures and massages are nice
Cons: snobbiness, attitude, terrible customer service, possible vampires?
