They quoted $250 for a fireplace cleaning, they told us our fireplace was unsafe $5000 later they repaired and replaced the so called problem. Not even thirty days later the first time we used their product our home caught fire do their service and installation. Stove and such said it was there fault and they would make it right, there insurance said they would not pay so to call our own agent. But stove and such already took the unit out of the house so we have no proof. They are a horrible company and have left us with a mess to clean up and a hole in our wall., they do not stand behind their work. The next day after the fire they did complain, since they had to come to the house they were late picking up there kids from school. I am just glad my kids are alive and we have a home even though it is sooty. Thanks Stove and Such for sticking it to us your Erie PA neighbors.
