Review content:
Horrible experience. I took an elderly lady (80 years old) there to get her hair colored and set as she had gone before. The ""stylist"" ALAINA JONES was rude and quick tempered. The elderly lady had a bad hip and had to use the restroom during her session (usually 2-3 hrs). Alaina quipped that she wasnt a nurses assistant and refused to help her until my client said she might pee in the seat. The last time I took her I was late picking her up as the stylist could not tell me how long it would take, just to call in 2 hrs. I called in 2 hrs and no one answered the phone. When I arrived, Alaina demanded $70 instead of $50 because she had to wait. It was 4:50pm and the shop didnt close til 6pm. When I refused she started screaming to get out (twice) in front of others and to never come back. My elderly client was almost in tears. I have never had an experience like that and honestly thought if my client couldnt get up quick enough she might attack one of us. It was barbaric the way she treated us. I almost called the police. I rated this at one star because there is nothing lower.
