My cat ended up being diagnosed with a broken pelvis after leaving here and going elsewhere...the front desk staff was downright rude, dismissive, cold and arrogant they had absolutely no concern for the pet, your questions you had or your money! They portrayed they wanted you to do as your told and ask NO questions. I will never ever go back nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. I don't care what the vets credentials are when I know that there is no caring person in that office. I will not ""tolerate"" any of that for anyone nor would I stoop to tolerate knowing they dont care at all for your pet. If the vets read these reviews and do nothing your business is short lived. Never would I leave my pet in their hands. In this economy...good luck!
