I have been going to Hay Caramba for over 7 years now. I honestly haven't found a Mexican restaurant that I love as much as this place in the Chicago area. The tacos are great, the rice and beans are wonderful and the Tamale's are my #1 favorite. The family operated business provides unbeatable friendliness and service. Prices are reasonable, good value. Also, try the fried ice cream if you're up for it...that is very good as well.
