Review content:
I had Peggy as my stylist. I had a groupon coupon. The haircut was ok at best. I made the mistake of not asking the price beforehand. After the cut I asked her how much I owed and was expecting to hear zero. (my haircut was 1 level up from a bang trim) when she told me another $25 I almost fell over. First of all, I've been to many very good reputable salons downtown, pearl, sellwood etc and I have never been charged $65 for a basic haircut. When I've paid in the $50 range, I got a very good haircut. I'm sorry but Peggy is not in that category. Not even close. What good is it to buy a groupon coupon if the prices get jacked up when we go to redeem them? Do yourself a favor, ask the stylist you choose how much she charges BEFORE you sit in her chair. The worse part of it all? I still need a haircut!!!
