Oaktree Mazda,San Jose My car buying experience at Oaktree went very well overall. When I arrived at the dealership that sense of uneasiness went away in part because of the salespeople. When I was a kid my parents used to take me car shopping and most of the salespeople worked at the dealership next door. So when I reminded my Salesperson of that they gave me a little better treatment. I purchased the car that was on ad and felt like they really took care of me. The deal went through with few problems and they did a great job showing me all the options. I had visited the dealership next door and wasn't pleased. I think in my experience its sometimes the salespeople that made the difference and the more seasoned salespeople know what I wanted and made it happen.
Pros: Older Salespeople that if you ask for a straight deal they give it to you
Cons: Parking and a little bit of a wait once I said yes till I signed the paperwork
