Review content:
They replaced my broken, cracked driveway, sidewalk and walkway with brand new concrete work...that CRACKED within 2 weeks of being poured! They also left a nice big 'low spot' in my new driveway that becomes a large puddle of water after any rainfall (we're talking Portland) that I have to walk/splash through to enter or exit my garage door. The finishing work on edges and lines was very sloppy/shoddy. they promised to return to replace what work was cracked; which is ALL of it now, and never came back. They got my money, and their last and only offer of a solution is to 'patch the cracks'! which I would not accept. I was told not to contact her again, except through her lawyer. I am forced to file complaints with the BBB, The Oregon Construction Contractors Board and The Attornery General in an attempt to get my $3,000.00 refunded; since the entire job will have to be replaced! I recommend you steer clear of F & L Quality Concrete LLC.
