Review content:
I used CIBT's service to get a visa for a trip to Brazil. I did get the visa, but I am very disappointed with CIBT's customer service staff and billing practices. The company charged a rush fee ($ 58) even though my documents and passport were at the CIBT office 3 weeks before I requested them back. The website indicated that requests for visa within 7 business days would be assessed the fee.
