My sister-in-law accompanied me to return a baby clothing item for my unborn baby at the Daffy's located on 18th St in Chelsea. I told the cashier that I had received the item at my baby shower but I wasnt given a gift receipt for it so I asked whether I could get store credit. The tag was still on the item and the cashier was able to scan it in their system and it showed up as $13.99 The casher informed me that he had to ask his manager since I didnt have a gift receipt. The manager walked over and immediately said no. I pointed to my 30 weeks pregnant belly and plead that Im not lying, my baby isnt even born yet to wear it. (Mind you I didnt receive any problems with returning any items w/o a receipt. They would simply give me store credit). The manager, Barbara rudely responded,
