I have been using Norvell Bass for a couple of months, have been somewhat disappointed by the overall quality. The service in general has been the ""so what you think I care"" kind. The topper was tonight I when walked over in the rain, and got to the shop at 5:55pm and the clock on the wall in the shop said 6:05pm and the clerk just waives me off. Closing for this shop is 6pm. I know I was there before six, but Norvell Bass seems to think they are the DMV and they do things the way they like and you have to live with it. Once they open up again I will pick up my clothes and be done with them. I would think in a case like this a tie goes to the customer, no such luck here.
