I WAS AT FRECSHE FOR FIVE HOURS and they ruined my hair! Not only did they mess up the color, but they turned my hair pink! When I got home, my hair was brittle, breaking off and ruined from the constant processes they used to try to make it right.
I left with a smile cause I felt bad for Lori. But when I got home, I cried and cried. I now have to find a new salon and an experienced hair colorist!!!! One place is going to give me a 'conditioning treatment"" just to get my hair back to where it was.
I don't recommend Fresche Hair Salon for NOT just the inexperienced colorist and Britney who washed my hair into the pink, BUT FOR AIMEE THE RECEPTIONIST AND SISTER TO THE OWNER, FOR NOT GIVING A CRAP!!!! Find a salon that is professional and will do what they can to make such a horrific mistake, right.
